Creating a UPS My Choice Account
Knowing where your shipment is and current status is always important. Especially when you need your parts for a case on a tight deadline. We at DESS do everything in our power to receive and process your orders as expeditiously as possible.
But once an order is processed and handed over to UPS, it's out of our control! So to help you know where your orders is we suggest that you create a UPS My Choice account so that you are notified in real time where your order is.
You can do this by doing the following:
- We recommend that you first visit the UPS My Choice page and create an account.
- You will receive a shipping and tracking email from us though firstname.lastname@example.org like the one below. Simply click on the tracking number highlighted in orange.
- This takes you to our live tracking page. This page will tell you exactly where your order is and if there are any issues delivering. If you want to be updated in real time via email or text message, click the tracking link highlighted in orange below. This will take you directly to UPS.
- On the UPS page you can select "Send Updates". If you already created a My Choice account above and are logged on the the UPS website, this will send updates to you for that order ONLY.
