Let's talk about making your very own custom titanium abutments in your dental office and doing it super fast and simple!

Important - it's not always about cost savings but being able to turn around cases quickly and efficiently and to control your design elements.

In the article I discuss how I scan using a 3Shape TRIOS scanner combined with 3Shape Dental System software to create a design for a custom abutment. I then show how to set up my vhf camfacture AG mill and use DESS USA pre-mill titanium blanks and discs to mill out a custom abutment and Kuraray Noritake USA Katana crowns using a split-file design. I also use my NextDent by 3D Systems 5100 3D printers to check the crowns prior to delivery.
