For restorations involving divergent implants, the Angled DESSLoc® features an 18° angulated attachment that, when used with DESSLoc® 40° inserts, can compensate for up to 76° of implant divergence. This design helps establish a more favorable prosthetic path of insertion while allowing clinicians to maintain their established restorative protocols.
All DESSLoc® attachments incorporate Periocoat®, DESS®’s patented zirconium nitride (ZrN) surface coating technology, which is designed to enhance wear and corrosion resistance while helping reduce biofilm formation and bacterial plaque adhesion.
The 18° Angled DESSLoc® is also fully cross-compatible with the corresponding inserts, metal housings, and tools used with the existing solution, helping facilitate integration into established workflows.
