How To: NET30 Customer Accounts
Are you a NET30 customer with DESS-USA? If you are, then read on to learn more about your account and how to get to the information you need.
When users login under your account, there are a few tools and links exclusive to NET30 customers.
One of the features of our NET30 management application is the ability to have many users or satellite offices under one main account. This allows you to set roles for users such as Admin or Buyer. Admin users have full access to manage your account. Buyers can place orders, but cannot edit the account, add or remove users or get email copies of invoices. Each user has a unique login to the DESS-USA webstore.
Quick Order Pad
If you know the product SKU you want to order, you can simply enter into the Quick Order Pad. The link is on the upper navigation bar next to My Account.
Addresses for Billing & Shipping
On the Addresses tab you can view/edit all billing/shipping addresses for your company. ONLY Admins of your account can add or edit an address. If you are unable to do so, please contact the Administrator of your company account.
You can view all your invoices under the Orders tab. Click on the Order Number to bring up the desired order. On the following screen we recommend that you "Print Screen" to print a hard copy printout.
