Introducing Ki B. Kim: DESS's Dedicated Technical Support Specialist
We at DESS® are pleased to introduce Ki Kim, our newest Technical Support Specialist. Ki is dedicated to helping customers with their technical inquiries and keeping them informed about DESS®'s products and services. As our Technical Support Specialist, Ki is ready to assist dentists seeking information on our products and labs requiring CAD/CAM software instructions.
Ki is a true embodiment of DESS®'s core values of integrity, service, and quality. He is passionate about delivering exceptional support and service to our customers and stays aware of the latest technology and products that we offer to do so. Despite the challenges of juggling multiple customer service requests, Ki consistently rises to the occasion and goes the extra mile to ensure our customers receive prompt and comprehensive support. His unwavering commitment to meeting customer needs is a testament to his dedication to our mission.
Aside from his role in Technical Support, Ki has a keen interest in other areas of the company. When asked if he could put himself in the place of a colleague from another department for a day, Ki said that he would like to try his hand at marketing or sales, as he thinks it would be interesting to see how he would fit in these departments and experience what the roles entail.
Outside of his work at DESS®, Ki cherishes spending time with his musical family, immersing himself in the world of classical music. He is a fan of action-adventure science fiction films, particularly the Matrix series, and embraces the idea that life should be lived as an adventure. Ki has put this philosophy into practice by embarking on a number of exciting journeys.
